Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our refund rule
We do not offer refunds once your resume has been unlocked and downloaded. If the file was delivered to you, the purchase is final.
2. The one exception
If you paid but our own records show the file was never successfully delivered, for example because of a technical error on our side, we will refund you in full.
3. How to request one
Email parvezaigyaan@gmail.com from your account's email address with the resume you paid for. We check our records and respond within 3 business days.
4. Pricing and currency
All charges are in Indian Rupees. The one time unlock is ₹49, less than one US dollar.
5. Cancellations
There is nothing to cancel. Rezoome is not a subscription. Each unlock is a single, one time purchase for one resume.
